At the outset we would like to thank you for the wonderful Bali trip. We have thoroughly enjoyed it. The day we arrived at Bali the traditional welcome at the airport was great. We checked in to Hotel Ramayan which was really very nice and it’s proximity to Kuta Beach was an added bonus. We enjoyed the morning walk on the beach with a cup of cappuccino everyday . All the visits to various place were very well organised by your ground staff. Really flawless. I must mention we were very much impressed by the care, affection and nice behaviour of Mandiasa driver come guide. He became emotional when we left Bali . It was a great family like experience with him. All the places we visited were awesome and very well organised. Lunch and dinner in various Indian restaurants made the trip very enjoyable . Everywhere the food was really tasty. Overall we will cherish the memories of this wonderful experience organised by you. Also your close monitoring on real-time basis was great. Our trip to kerala was most enjoyable. Munnar is very scenic with beautiful tea gardens on hills around. Tea museum and marshal art live shows are a new experience and one must see. Periyar National Park, Ayurvedic massage center and spice markets in Thekkady are worth seeing. Kumarkom is a place for relaxing with beautiful lake and back waters. Further moving to Cochin we got little time to spend in beautiful fort cochi area. In all great experience. I found the kerala to be only state with good infra for tourism. Would love to spend more time in Munnar and Cochin.

This communication is to be read as an appreciation note for Madam Mithuna Nair who runs the travel agency journeys by mithuna in Pune.Me and my wife, both Senior citizens, had booked a 8N / 9D tour to Turkey in September, 2023. Although the tour was from calendar tours of Europamundo, it was quoted, co-ordinated and arranged by Mithuna Madam for our trip. She also arranged Air tIckets and VISA in a jiffy and we were ready to fly to Istanbul. Prior to this we had taken the services of Mithuna Madam for our trips to Ireland, England and Vietnam. However in Mid September,2023 my mother suffered a stroke and was rushed to a Super Speciality Hospital where she was put in ICU. We informed Mithuna madam about the situation and she asked me not to worry and take care of my mother and leave the rest to her. She promptly informed Europamundo about the developments and also tried hard for reduction in the rescheduling charges. My mother passed away on 30/09/23 and after finishing her last rites, we took the tour in Feb- Mar,2024. During the tour period, Mithuna Madam also rang several times to enquire about our health and difficulty if any.Mithuna madam goes beyond her scope to help / guide and with little interaction one can clearly feel her professionalism, sincerity, and fellow feeling, We recommend all travellers to contact her .
